RingMinder rings your phone exactly like an incoming call — not a notification. No banners to dismiss. No vibrations to ignore.
Notifications are easy to ignore. A phone call demanding your attention isn't.
We've all been there.
Your phone buzzes.
You see: "Doctor appointment at 2 PM"
You think: I'll remember.
You swipe it away.
RingMinder doesn't notify you.
It calls you.
Your phone rings — full screen, like a real call.
You answer.
You hear: "Doctor appointment in 30 minutes."
Set it once. We handle everything — including calling you back if you miss the first ring.
Type what you need to remember and pick the time. No complicated rules or schedules.
At the exact moment, RingMinder calls your device — displayed as a full-screen incoming call, lock screen and all.
Didn't pick up? We call again automatically at 5, 10, and 15-minute intervals — up to 3 times.
Every feature exists for one purpose: making sure you never miss what matters.
Uses iOS CallKit and Android ConnectionService. Looks and rings exactly like a real phone call — because it is.
Your reminder is read aloud in a natural voice when you answer. Hear it clearly — no need to look at the screen.
Three automatic callbacks at 5, 10, and 15-minute intervals. Persistent without being annoying.
WiFi or mobile data, iOS or Android. The call goes through wherever you have an internet connection.
Create a reminder in seconds. No complicated schedules, no account required to start.
Your reminders are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data.

No. RingMinder uses your internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) — similar to FaceTime or WhatsApp. It does not consume cellular minutes.
After 3 attempts (at 5, 10, and 15 minutes), RingMinder sends a standard push notification as a final fallback. You can also manually mark reminders complete or snooze them from the app.
On iOS, RingMinder uses CallKit which can override silent mode — the same way emergency and VoIP calls do. On Android, ConnectionService uses a high-priority audio channel. Behaviour may vary by device settings.
RingMinder wakes the app via push at the exact moment your reminder fires — it doesn't run in the background constantly. Battery impact is well under 1% per day.
